Fast for check-in & check-out. Good facilities. Friendly atmosphere. Efficient. Relaxing restaurant.
Good & fast internet connection but had difficulty getting office Email through vpn. On the smae day in other locations did not have the smae difficulties, so maybe it's something to do with teh hotel's firewall. Needs to be fixed for business guests.
The friendly staff and the design/layout of the room.
The party on the roof if you like that. The pool on the roof. You are right downtown close to resturants and The Staple Center.
Location is excellent being close to shopping malls and metro station. Rooms are very modern and quirky.
Being situated on a main road can be quite noisy during rush hour.
Outstanding design, roof-top bar&pool, convenient location downtown.
A transparent glass between the room and shower without any curtains. Thought it probably is a part of design.
was a wonderfull hotel, but to see LA you should stay not in downtown, but in Hollywood!
the menu in the restaurant can be inprouved!!!!
Advanatges: location, value for money. Disadvantages: glass wall of bathroom make fillings as you washing in room itself. We found it wried. Expensive minibar, low position of bed and TV set. Poor room noise isolation, we heard everything what happening in corridors. Very poor restaurant downstears. After dinner we didn't tried to have breakfast (cream soup was very bad).
It was a comfortable well-maintained hotel with a cool attitude. The staff were helpful, and the location well connected to other parts of the City. Wifi was definitely a plus!
Groovy and trendy, the hotel has a perfect location in downtown LA. The rooms are spacious, confortable and functional.
On weekends the hotel is more like a disco... They should put some more control on noise.
Modern, quirky hotel. Great location downtown LA - felt safe and close to metro so easy to get around. Great friendly staff
For two of the three days we stayed the rooftop bar and pool area was closed for private functions, at prime time. Told on night it would be open again at 9 until 1.30am but that doesnt help when you hot after a day walking LA and need a swim at 5pm. No notification of this until you get upstairs in you swim suit to be turned away by an arrogant secruity bouncer.
Ultramodern design, confortable&clean rooms, very good location and reasonable price.
Too much young people having drinks in the trendy bars of the hotels (basement and rooftop pool).
I liked the room and the roof
Friendly staff, heated pool, tasty breakfasts, iron in the number, free Internet and TV, good free cosmetics in the room.
My number was too noisy (with windows on the thoroughfare). In order to have some privasy one must draw the blinds, otherwise everybody in the building across the street can see you and your room (including the bathroom, the wall of wich is transparent).
Showers, room, toiletries
The rooftop view and parties where Nice. Also the location near the metro and red line busses. Only two blocks to get some food and explore the city.
The music on the rooftop was kinda weird old tunes. They should get some gigs from Dutch house djs. For a hotel guest ok, but with the fee for a normal visitor not so great value. Me as a party go'er in Holland, we definetly have better parties over here. They should add bottled beer to the menu. Draft beer for 8 dollars, not my favorite.
